Something broke. Find out why.
A metric dropped or spiked unexpectedly. You learn a structured way to isolate the cause by segmenting the problem, forming hypotheses, and ruling them out one by one instead of guessing.
Sample problem statement
"Daily active users dropped 8% last week. Walk me through how you'd investigate."
The catch: knowing these isn't enough. Plan to practise each type around 10 times. Reps are what build real confidence.
